Three new champions were crowned from almost 60 pool players that competed in this year’s Holiday Pool Tournaments. Players had fun and enjoyed some great competition at the three different locations.
Bronze Tournament Held at SARA-MANA Eagles
CHAMPION – DEVIN HIGGINS
The SARA-MANA Eagles hosted the Holiday Pool Tournament for Bronze Division pool players. Thirteen pool players competed for this year’s Bronze title. Devin Higgins won the championship after a fierce battle with Bonnie Kerwin. Bonnie, the highest finishing female, masterfully worked her way through the field of competitors to beat Devin and force a final game to decide this year’s winner. Honorable mention for this tournament was Johnny Miller. Johnny played in some pretty tough games to finish fourth.

Silver Tournament Held at the Rendezvous Lounge
CHAMPION – RON LOEFFLER
The Rendezvous Lounge hosted over 20 pool players in this year’s Silver Division Holiday Pool Tournament. Competition started out fierce in this tournament. Eric Hardin twice ERO’d before being sent to the losers bracket by Ron Loeffler. Ron and Eric would meet again in the championship round. Honorable mention for this tournament was Rob “Kermit” Kerwin. Kermit played great to get knocked out of the tournament just before the championship rounds.

Gold Tournament Held at PT’s Sports Bar
CHAMPION – BILL BLOOM
Gold Division Holiday Pool Tournament was hosted by PT’s Sports Bar. This year over 20 players competed in hopes of being crowned Champion. It was a night of ERO’s and don’t miss or you’ll lose as these pool players proved why they belong in the Gold Division. Bill Bloom used a little luck (as he said) with skill to make it to the championship rounds. Bill won two straight games to claim the title. Honorable mention was Patrick Friedman. Patrick fought his way through the field to finish 4th.
