Pool Tournament Information
- Registration Deadline – April 4, 2011
- Accepting qualified ACS, APA & ACS sanctioned players!!
- 3 Division, 5-Person Team Event
- $125.00 Per Team (96 team max. – FIRST 32 in each division)
- Every team/singles player MUST SUBMIT their league documentation/statistics showing the player’s minimum qualifying 6 weeks of play with their leagues. **Without league statistics and full payment you will not be considered entered into the event**
- **NO REFUNDS OR ROSTER CHANGES (after check-in) WILL BE ALLOWED AT TOURNAMENT LOCATION (Excl: Death or Medical Emergency)**
- Men’s & Women’s Singles – $50.00 Entry 8-Ball & 9-Ball
- Scotch Doubles Entry – $50.00 Per Team (mini-tournament)
- VNEA RULES will be followed
- Saturday night social event

- THURSDAY, 8:00 a.m., PLAYER‟S MEETING
- THURSDAY, 8:30 a.m., 8-Ball Singles play begins
- FRIDAY, 8:30 a.m., 8-Ball Singles play continues
- FRIDAY, 10:00 a.m., 9-BALL SINGLES play begins**
- FRIDAY, 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., MIXED SCOTCH DOUBLES REG.
- FRIDAY NIGHT, approx. 7:00 p.m., Mixed Scotch Doubles play (New this year… mini-tournament sign-up on-site. No pre-registration)
- FRIDAY NIGHT, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., TEAM CHECK-IN
- SATURDAY, 8:00 a.m., TEAM CAPTAIN‟S MEETING
- SATURDAY, 8:30 a.m., Team play begins
- SATURDAY NIGHT, 8:00 p.m., PARTY by the POOL (table), in the lounge, w/Entertainment
- SUNDAY, 9:00 a.m., Team play continues
- SUNDAY, 10:00 a.m., JUNIORS tournament ($10.00 Entry) (ANY child ages 8-20 may play – does NOT need to be a “sanctioned” junior)
Book Rooms for the West Coast Challenge
There is a special room rate of $79 plus tax. Use Code VPT and let them know you will be playing in the West Coast Challenge pool tournament. As of January 28, 2011, a representative from the Holiday Inn said there were 50 rooms still available. You need to book rooms before the rooms and the special rate is gone.
