It is with the deepest sadness and sorrow that we announce the death of our fellow pool player and Crooked Sticks team captain, Don Roberton. A Celebration of his life will be held at 2pm this Saturday at the 57 Tavern.
Don was a new team captain this year. He quickly made friends in the league and respect from other team captains by the way he managed his team. In fact, he was a top vote getter for the SPL Sportsmanship Award. The league lost a great new captain and the world lost a great guy!
